Cachaça is renowned for its versatility. It shines in the world-famous Caipirinha, Brazil’s national cocktail, but also elevates sophisticated drinks and modern mixology creations. Whether you prefer it neat, on the rocks, or in innovative cocktails, cachaça offers an unparalleled tasting experience.

Come discover this true Brazilian creation and let yourself be enveloped by its incomparable flavor.

Aging and Flavors

Cachaça can be classified into
two main categories:

Silver

This is the classic Brazilian cachaça, stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and natural flavors of sugarcane. Known for its light, herbal, and slightly fruity notes, this sugarcane-based spirit is essential for crafting the iconic Caipirinha. As Brazil’s most consumed distilled beverage, cachaça is perfect for tropical cocktails, tiki drinks, or sipping neat.

Aged

Unlike traditional silver cachaça, this variety can be aged in wooden barrels such as oak, amburana, and balsam, each adding unique flavors and complexity. Oak provides warm vanilla and caramel notes, amburana offers a touch of spice and sweetness, while balsam brings herbal and floral undertones. Some cachaças are aged for 12 or even 21 years.

Tradition and sophistication in every sip.
