Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Rota 48 Silver Cachaça
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • 1 slice of lemon or orange (optional)

 

Directions:

  • Pour the cachaça and ice into a tall glass.
  • Top up with tonic water to taste.
  • Stir gently and add a citrus slice for a refreshing touch.

Fruit Shake

A sweet and tropical option, great for parties and get-togethers.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Rota 48 Silver Cachaça
  • 100 g of fruit of your choice (such as strawberries, pineapple, or passion fruit)
  • 30 ml of condensed milk
  • Ice to taste

Directions:

  • Place the fruit, cachaça, and condensed milk in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend again for a creamy consistency.
  • Serve in tall glasses, garnished with fruit pieces or mint leaves.

Cachaça Julep

A woodier, more aromatic version of the Mint Julep.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Rota 48 Silver Cachaça
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Crushed ice

Directions:

  • In a lowball glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with sugar syrup.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the cachaça.
